On a technical level, the Bosch AHS 50-16 has a motor with a power of 450 watts, a bar length of 50 cm and a cutting capacity with a maximum thickness of 1.6 cm. It is also quite light, considering a weight of 2.7 kilograms.

Due to the length of the bar, and the maximum cutting thickness, it is more suitable for low hedges and for young twigs with a not excessive diameter. For gardens and for domestic use it is the best of the line of this German house, as long as you understand that it pays off especially when you use it for shaping hedges and small bushes. Despite this, the blade is extremely precise and fast (3,400 revolutions per minute).

In terms of handling it is a little gem. In addition to having a low weight, it shares the same characteristics of the Bosch AHS 45-16: it means that it is compact, super manageable and does not tire you if you will use it for a prolonged time.
